🧑‍🎓Key Responsibilities as a Front Desk Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome visitor in warm, friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen and efficiently route the incoming calls.
  • Maintain clean, organized and presentable reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence which includes mails and emails.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Assist with administrative task and provide support in other departments as requirement.
  • Ensure security by following protocols and controlling access at the reception.

✔️Who can apply for the Front Desk Receptionist?

  •  Philippines nationality is highly preferred.
  • pervious experience in similar role or as a front desk officer is an advantage.
